The Process

At Show-Off, we specialize in creating fully customized costumes that capture your unique vision. Our prices range from $260 to $1,000+, depending on design complexity and sport. Turnaround times typically span 4 to 12+ weeks, based on the costume’s details. Once you finalize your design and material preferences, we’ll provide an exact quote and timeline for your approval.

1. Fill Out Intake Form — Provide basic contact information and share a quick description of what you’re looking for. Feel free to upload your initial inspiration images or sketches here.

2. Material Selection — Check your inbox for your swatch-order form to explore your fabric options in person. Then fill out our material selection form to finalize your choices.

3. Measurement Chart — Next take your measurements following our measurement instructions and fill out our measurement form provided.

4. Design & Price Approval — We’ll provide a sketch, a price quote, and an estimated turnaround time. You’re welcome to offer feedback and adjustments before final approval.

5. Production — Once you approve, we’ll ask to collect a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin manufacturing your custom costume and ship it upon completion.
